Delivery Time – Please note that delivery times are currently 3-7 days. *Some plants and trees may take up to 14 days for delivery.
Free Delivery – Orders over the minimum order values shown below are delivered FREE to the UK Mainland. Otherwise, standard delivery charges apply as shown in the table below. (Exceptions apply – see table)

Returns
We evaluate plants thoroughly before delivery but understand that on rare occasions, things may go wrong.
Customers will normally be given an opportunity to inspect all delivered plants and trees upon delivery prior to signing an acceptance of the delivery document. Once delivery has been accepted, Nationwide Tree Sales will have no further liability for the products.
If your product was delivered by an alternative courier, you will have up to 14 days to notify us of any damaged plants. If no contact has been made within 14 days, we will assume you to have accepted them and Nationwide Tree Sales will have no further liability should they fail.
